Shipping policy

Delivery:

Free local delivery on orders £20 & over up to 15 miles from our premises. A small charge is payable for deliveries up to 20 miles (£5.00) & 25 miles (£8.00).

Delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout. You will be presented with available delivery options, based upon size/weight of your order. We will offer the most cost effective method of delivery available. Unfortunately, due to the restrictions and requirements imposed on alcohol deliveries, there are limited options available.
Your order will be insured for loss/damage for the purchase price (excluding delivery).
Tracking will be provided by the carrier, once the package is in their possession.
Age verification will be conducted by the carrier prior to handing over the package. This is a legal requirement. If the person receiving the parcel is under the age of 18, the parcel will be returned to the local depot pending re-delivery. A further delivery attempt can be arranged when a person 18+ years is available to receive the package.

Delivery issues/damages:
In the event that there are any issues with your delivery i.e., damaged or missed deliveries, please email us as soon as possible (no later than 14 days after delivery/attempted delivery) at wrexhamcider@gmail.com with your order reference and a clear photograph of the item’s condition. We will investigate the issue and work with you to find a resolution.
